This feels relevant today, particularly after a friend told me that this douche who stalks me on Facebook and frequently sends me odd messages told her that “ALL girls should be bold like [random female friend].” He also told her that girls who don’t reply to his Facebook messages are just too shy. It has never occurred to him that girls who don’t respond to his creepy online advances just don’t want to talk to him.
